How to Setup My Store?

When you log in, you will see this screen.

  1. Click on Settings.
  2. Add a store banner. The banner size is 1900 x 300.
  3. Upload a profile picture. Ideally, upload your store logo.
  4. If you have specific Terms and Conditions that your customers need to agree to please activate the Terms and Conditions feature.
  5. It is ideal to set up store opening hours so your clients can reach out to you during those hours.
  6. Setup a Store Open and Close Notice. These messages will appear on your store page.
  7. If you are planning to take a break, please activate the “Go to Vacation” mode so clients know they would not be able to reach you for a while.
  8. You may also set up support and Facebook live chat (highly recommended)
  9. It is also very important that you have the correct payment set up so you can get paid. Verify this info from the left bar by clicking on “Payment”
  10. It is ideal to prove to your customers that you are real! So head to the “Verification” tab and startup your verification process.
  12. From the left menu click on “Social Profile” to add your social media links.
  13. From the left menu click on “RMA” to set up your product warranty and your RMA policy.
  14. It is also important that you make your store SEO friendly if you like to rank on google and gain customers without paying for ads. Do this through the “Store SEO” feature.
