Did a customer use a Gift Card on an order? Want to collect the revenue?
That’s right! To help increase the chances of customers ordering, incubators, bigger businesses, or even us, sometimes provide already paid-for gift cards to consumers. However, since gift cards work like coupons, if used, all, or a portion of the total invoice will be deducted. Thus you may see an invalid revenue or income number. If this ever happens to you, we like to first remind you that you will never lose any money from this feature. Simply contact support and we will release that money after the order has been completed.
If you do not want anyone to use a gift card on your store, please let us know so we can blacklist your store. However, please note that this would lower your chances of having sales.

Do you have to follow a different regulation for your product taxes? Does our zero-rate or consumer’s province tax rate not work for you? No problem!
